About EUCLID
EUCLID University, established by an intergovernmental treaty in 2008, holds a unique position in the academic world. In December 2012, the United Nations Secretariat confirmed EUCLID’s accreditation, allowing its graduates to use their EUCLID degrees within the UN system. This recognition underscores EUCLID’s credibility as one of the few treaty-based universities vetted by the United Nations. While this recognition provides significant credibility, it does not automatically grant degree accreditation under all national laws. EUCLID maintains its status through its headquarters’ agreements in the Central African Republic and The Gambia as well as by accreditation by the relevant ministries and national agencies. When necessary, the embassies of Central African Republic and Gambia have sent diplomatic notes to international partners to facilitate recognition and validation processes for EUCLID degrees.

Public Health U has forged a robust partnership with EUCLID, our esteemed degree-conferring partner. Through this collaboration, Public Health U graduates can obtain their Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with EUCLID, significantly enhancing their professional credentials and opening doors to a multitude of career opportunities globally. Students who successfully complete our advanced certification, the Public Health Advanced Certificate, can have their degrees validated and conferred by EUCLID University. This certificate signifies the completion of eight Public Health Modules and the dissertation project, representing a significant milestone in their academic journey.
We are delighted to share that during our recent graduation ceremony in May 2024, eight outstanding students achieved the Public Health Advanced Certificate. Additionally, we celebrated eight other students who obtained the Public Health Progress Certificate and are moving on to the Dissertation Module, with the potential to pursue their degrees with EUCLID University. These accomplished individuals are now poised to have their degrees conferred by EUCLID University, marking a significant milestone in their academic and professional journeys.
Global Recognition; Local Impact
Our graduates have gained international recognition in the countries where they work and serve, with many attesting to the transformative impact of their education. Felix Emeka Anyiam, a past student who obtained his degree conferred through EUCLID, shared his experience: “Obtaining my MPH with People’s Uni and Accredited through EUCLID University has significantly expanded my international research collaborations, allowing me to contribute to multi-country studies on HIV/AIDS and maternal health. The accreditation has also enhanced my credentials as a public health professional, leading to new teaching and consulting opportunities at institutions across Africa and globally.”
Students from approximately 59 countries worldwide, spanning Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America, have benefited from the EUCLID MPH degree. This degree carries substantial weight across borders, enabling our alumni to make significant contributions to public health initiatives worldwide.
